Here’s a video I put together to help other women or families of women facing breast cancer and mastectomies. Many women elect (if able) to have reconstruction following the mastectomy. The reconstruction process can very from person to person. Here is my experience with reconstruction after a bilateral mastectomy for stage 1 breast cancer (expanders to breast implants).
