Have you heard about Fiber One yogurt? It's a nonfat yogurt with just 50 calories and 5 grams of fiber. It's a great source of calcium and vitamins A and D. I really wanted to try the Fiber One Yogurt, but when I went to buy it I noticed it has Aspartame (which I'm allergic t0), unfortunately. From reading others reviews it sounds like this is a great yogurt.
Hungry Girl offers her seal of approval. Kat's GF Kitchen said this new yogurt tastes a lot like the Yoplait light yogurt. She said it would make a great, quick snack before workouts.
