Rachel
Rachel is the main blogger on Cha Ching Queen. Rachel is a wife and mother of 2 small kids. She has a well rounded background both in education and experience. Rachel loves learning about different cultures and people. She has traveled and studied in various countries. Rachel has studied Psychology, Business, Spanish, and Education. She has a Bachelors degree from the University of Texas at Austin in Psychology and Spanish and Business Foundations Certificate at well. After some time in the business world working in Financial Services for the government, Rachel decided to go back to school and get a Master’s degree and teaching certificate from Texas State. She taught middle school for a couple of years before having children. She now stays at home with her kids during the day and does some private tutoring in the afternoons and evenings.
In 1996 Rachel was exposed to the internet and it all snowballed from there (in a good way). She has had various websites, and began blogging in October 2008.
Rachel has been reviewing products and places since 1999.
Unfortunately, Rachel was diagnosed breast cancer in September 2009. She is doing well now after surgery and chemotherapy. She’s getting back to normal, starting to exercise again, and enjoying life to the fullest.
Morry
Rachel’s husband is a hands- on father. He loves being involved in his children’s lives. Morry has a degree from Carnegie Mellon University in Electrical and Computer Engineering (ECE). He currently works for a tech company as a Product Manager. Morry loves almost any kind of sports and is a huge fan of the Pittsburgh Steelers and Pittsburgh Pirates.
Morry helps Rachel with some of the technical aspects of the blog.
Sherah
Sherah is a wife and mother of 2 small kids. She currently runs Cha Ching Dallas. Sherah has a degree from Dallas Baptist University in Psychology. Sherah was teaching children, but now stays at home with her two adorable boys.
