I recently got an iPhone and I'll still trying to figure it all out. I'm learning all the things I can do with it. I have heard of people watching tv and movies on their iPhones, but couldn't figure out how to do that for FREE. I did a search and found some ways you can watch FREE tv shows and movies on your iPhone. Since the iPhone cannot play Flash videos, there aren't many ways to get full episodes of popular or good TV shows and movies for free. Here are a few ways to watch free movies and tv on your iphone. If you know of more, please share.

1. Go to the network's mobile site. For NBC go here. For the CW go here. You can watch shows like 30 Rock, The Office, Heroes, Jimmy Fallon, Night Rider, Saturday Night Live, Gossip Girl, 90210, Smallville...

2. Get some free iPhone apps like Joost and TV.com. You can watch full shows from CBS as well as classics like Family Ties, Twin Peaks, and Love Boat on TV.com. Through Joost you can see programming from other countries as well as older shows like the Lone Ranger and Star Trek.

3. If you appreciate older cinema, like Charlie Chaplin, Abbot and Costello, and Alfred Hitchcock check out Hollywood Pocket.
