Easy Cheeze It Chicken Fingers
Ingredients
* 8-10 chicken breast tenders *
* 1/2-1 cup Cheez-It crackers *
* 1/2 cup milk *
* 1 egg *
* salt
* pepper
Home-Style Beef-N-Noodles W/Mushrooms & Onions
Ingredients
* 7 1/2-8 lbs boneless beef chuck roast, cut into LARGE chunks bigger than bite-sized
* fresh coarse ground black pepper
* oil
* 1 (32 ounce) box beef broth
* 1 large onion, cut into 1/2-inch sections and separated
* 1 (1 ounce) envelope French onion soup mix
* 1/4 cup A-1 Steak Sauce *
* 1 tablespoon minced garlic
* 4 tablespoons butter
* salt, don’t be shy with it
* 2 (8 ounce) containers fresh sliced mushrooms
* 4 tablespoons cornstarch
* 4 tablespoons cold water
* 2 (16 ounce) bags reames home-style frozen egg noodles, cooked and drained
Brownie Strawberry Trifle
Ingredients
* 1 (20 ounce) box brownie mix (I use Betty Crocker)*
* 1/4 cup water
* 1/2 cup vegetable oil
* 2 eggs *
* 1 quart strawberry, thinly sliced, save one whole for decoration
* 2 (3 1/4 ounce) packages French vanilla instant pudding
* 8 ounces Cool Whip *
* hersheys shell chocolate syrup, as needed
