Breakfast in a Cookie
Ingredients
* 1 cup sugar
* 1/2 cup butter, softened *
* 1/2 cup peanut butter *
* 1/3 cup milk *
* 1 tablespoon vanilla
* 1 egg *
* 1 1/2 cups whole wheat flour
* 1 cup quick oats
* 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
* 1 cup raisins
* 4 cups Cheerios toasted oat cereal *
Computer Chip Snack (Marshmallow Peanut Butter Popcorn)
Ingredients
* 8 cups popped popcorn *
* 3 cups plain Cheerios toasted oat cereal *
* 1/4 cup salted peanuts (optional)
* 1/4 cup margarine
* 1/2 cup peanut butter *
* 1/2 teaspoon salt (optional)
* 25 large marshmallows
Fish Nuggets
Ingredients
* 1/2 lb fish fillet (cod or any other firm fish)
* 1 tablespoon lemon juice
* 3 tablespoons milk *
* 1 egg *
* 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
* 2 tablespoons yogurt *
* salt
* pepper
* breadcrumbs
Your Choice Yogurt Pancakes
Ingredients
* 1 cup flour
* 1/2 teaspoon salt
* 1 teaspoon baking powder
* 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
* 1 tablespoon sugar (optional)
* 1 cup yogurt, your choice of flavors *
* 1/2 cup milk or soymilk *
* 1 egg, beaten *
* 1 tablespoon oil or butter, melted *
* 1/2 cup fruit (fresh or frozen) (optional)
Fudge Filled Bars
Ingredients
* 1 (14 ounce) can sweetened condensed milk *
* 1 (12 ounce) package semi-sweet chocolate chips
* 2 tablespoons butter *
* 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
* 2 (18 ounce) packages refrigerated cookie dough (your choice which kind) *
Chocolate Chip Cookie Cream Cheese Bars
Ingredients
*2 (16-18 ounce) packages of your favorite premade cookie dough *
* 8 ounces of your favorite softened cream cheese
* 1/3 cup sugar
* 1 tablespoon vanilla
* 2 eggs *
